Posted on September 11th, 2018

We are proud to announce that David McGehee, pharmacy director at Reasor’s, was recently awarded the VMC Pharmacy Program Director of the Year Award at the August VMC Show in Kansas City.  This inaugural award was chosen based off of Reasor’s Pharmacy performance and improvement in key strategic areas of the VMC Pharmacy Program, which includes building of the Reasor’s Pharmacy brand and cooperation and participation within the consortium.  “It’s an honor to be recognized by VMC and AWG for the performance of Reasor’s.  I appreciate my team’s hard work and dedication to serving our customers every day and look forward to our continued success and the success of our equity members,” David McGehee, pharmacy director of Reasor’s, said.

In the past year, Reasor’s recently launched its new Pharmacy App and website, which allows the ability for customers to receive text messages when their scripts are ready to be re-filled, as well as when their scripts are ready to be picked up. Reasor’s also launched a new pet med program where customers can purchase their pet meds at or below what a veterinary office charges. In addition, Reasor’s also launched a prescription discount club for customers that are uninsured.
