Reasor’s and KJRH Channel 2 Kicks Off the 2022 Food 2 Families Campaign Benefiting the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma

Beginning November 16th, Reasor’s customers can choose to donate to the Annual Food 2 Families Campaign benefiting the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. There are two ways you can support this great initiative.

1. Purchase a pre-made sack of the most needed items for $15 online or in store. The pre-made sacks are filled with the most requested items from the food bank.
2. Pick up a donation card and donate any amount you would like at one of our registers or add $1, $5 or $10 to your online order. Every dollar you donate will help provide 4 meals for those struggling with hunger in our community.

Donations for the campaign will be accepted until Dec. 13, 2022.

All non-perishable food items will go to the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma that works with a network of 400 partner programs in 24 counties of eastern Oklahoma. These programs include food pantries, soup kitchens, emergency shelters, child feeding programs, senior feeding programs, and veteran’s initiatives. Through this network, the food bank provides more than 500,000 meals each week. During Fiscal Year 2021, they distributed more than 32.7 million pounds of food.
