What is the Double Up Oklahoma (DUO) program?
When you shop with a SNAP-EBT card at participating Reasor’s stores, every $1 you spend in SNAP will be matched with $1 in Double Up Bucks, up to $20 per day, to buy eligible fruits and vegetables.
How does the Double Up Oklahoma program work?
  • Buy SNAP-eligible items using your SNAP-EBT card. No additional sign-up is necessary.
  • The Double Up Oklahoma program will match each dollar spent on your SNAP-EBT card, up to $20 per day, in Double Up Bucks to spend on eligible fruits and vegetables.
  • Make sure to hold on to the Double Up voucher that prints on your receipt.
  • Next time you shop at participating Reasor’s stores, bring the Double Up voucher and add fresh, eligible fruits and vegetables to your basket.
  • At checkout, hand your Double Up voucher to the cashier at a cashier-attended lane. At the Self-Checkout Lane, scan the voucher. The value of the voucher will be applied to your eligible fruit and vegetable purchases.
What do Double Up Bucks look like?
Double Up Bucks print as a voucher, with a barcode, on the receipt.
How do I know how much I have earned in Double Up Bucks?
Your Double Up voucher prints the amount earned when you buy SNAP-eligible items using your SNAP-EBT card.
What can Double Up Bucks buy?
You can use your Double Up Bucks to buy fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, and fresh herbs without added salt, sugar, oil, or fats. Frozen, canned, and dried produce and other items such as bagged salads with dressings are not eligible.
Can I use more than one Double Up voucher at a time?
Yes. If your Double Up voucher has not expired, you can use as many per transaction as you would like.
What if my transaction shows I purchased more eligible produce than the Double Up voucher amount will cover?
The customer will be responsible for paying the difference with another form of payment.
What if I lose my Double Up voucher?
Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost Double Up vouchers. Make sure to keep your voucher somewhere safe.
When do my Double Up Bucks expire?
Double Up Bucks are good for 60 days from the day you earn them.
Can customers redeem Double Up Bucks for cash?
Double Up Bucks are not redeemable for cash.
What happens if I use my Double Up Bucks but don’t spend the entire amount?
If you use Double Up Bucks to buy eligible fruits and vegetables and don’t spend the entire voucher amount, you will get a new Double Up voucher with the remaining balance plus any new earnings, up to $20 per day. A Double Up voucher can only be used once and is invalid after it is scanned.
Can I redeem my Double Up Bucks anywhere else?
Double Up vouchers earned at participating Reasor’s stores can be redeemed at any participating Reasor’s store.
