- Due to Federal Regulations, Food Stamps or WIC vouchers cannot be accepted for online orders.
- The prices you see while ordering online are the prices you will be charged, exceptions would be on adjustments made for random weight items, out of stocks or substitutions.
- Ad prices are valid Online from Wednesday 3:00pm through the following Wednesday at 3:00pm.

Q. Do I have to come inside to pickup my order?
A. No. However, please call when you are on your way to the store. Your Online Service Manager will have your order ready for you at the parcel pick-up area.
Q. What is the cost for this service?
A. We will have your items ready for you to pick up for a nominal charge: At a cost to you of only $5.00.
Q. What methods of payment are accepted?
A. Credit and Debit Cards Only. The prices you see while ordering online are the prices you will be charged, exceptions would be on adjustments made for random weight items, out of stocks or substitutions.
Q. Is there a minimum online order?
A. There is no minimum order amount.
Q. Can I redeem manufacturer’s coupons even though I am shopping online?
A. Yes, simply enter in the face value of the coupon when prompted during your order process and the total amount saved will be deducted from your order total. You must present coupons at the time of pick up.
Q. Will the quality of my meats, produce and fresh product be of the same quality as if I were shopping?
A. Reasor’s takes pride in offering fresh quality product all the time. Our trained Online Customer Service Manager will select only the freshest produce and best cuts of meat as if they were shopping for their own families.
Q. Am I able to use Food Stamps to pay for my online order?
A. No. Due to federal regulations, Food Stamps or WIC vouchers cannot be accepted for online orders.
Q. What if I don’t finish placing my order before I log off the internet? Will I lose my order?
A. You can save your order and finish it later. Your order will be saved until you are ready to finish your transaction.
Q. What happens if you are out of a particular item I want to purchase?
A. At the beginning of your online shopping session, the program will ask if you would like to allow substitutions. Indicate yes or no and we’ll make substitutions as needed.
Q. Should I tip the employee when they load my groceries at the Parcel Pick up?
A. No, we already offer this great service free of charge to our customers.
