Chef Lou's Turkey Cassarole

- Combine sour cream and soup together and place in refrigerator to chill.
- Spray bottom of Pyrex baking dish, place turkey (in bite sized chunks) on bottom of pan, add the sour cream / soup mixture and top with stuffing.
- Place 3 tbs of butter or margarine on top of casserole. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
