Chef Lou's Turkey Cassarole

    Ingredients
  • 3.5 pounds Turkey
  • 6 to 8 ounces Stuffing (left over stuffing or stovetop brand)
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 3 tablespoons Butter or Margarine

    Directions
  1. Combine sour cream and soup together and place in refrigerator to chill.
  2. Spray bottom of Pyrex baking dish, place turkey (in bite sized chunks) on bottom of pan, add the sour cream / soup mixture and top with stuffing.
  3. Place 3 tbs of butter or margarine on top of casserole. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
