Sweet and Sour Chicken

    Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 pound Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 cups Vegetables, assorted cut-up (bell peppers, tomatoes, carrots)
  • 1 can (8 oz) Pineapple Chunks in Juice, drained
  • 1/2 cup Sweet-and-sour Sauce
  • Chow Mein Noodles, if desired
    Directions
  1. Heat wok over high heat.
  2. Add oil, rotate wok to coat sides.
  3. Add chicken; stir-fry about 3 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
  4. Add vegetables; stir-fry about 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  5. Stir in pineapple and sweet-n-sour sauce; cook and stir 1 minute.
  6. Serve with chow mein noodles.
