Sweet and Sour Chicken

1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 pound Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 cups Vegetables, assorted cut-up (bell peppers, tomatoes, carrots)
1 can (8 oz) Pineapple Chunks in Juice, drained
1/2 cup Sweet-and-sour Sauce
Chow Mein Noodles, if desired
Heat wok over high heat.
Add oil, rotate wok to coat sides.
Add chicken; stir-fry about 3 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
Add vegetables; stir-fry about 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Stir in pineapple and sweet-n-sour sauce; cook and stir 1 minute.
Serve with chow mein noodles.
